How To Redeem
1. Retailer to scratch the panel on the voucher to reveal the code.
2. Enter your voucher code, name, mobile number, and e-mail address and click on submit
3. You will receive an OTP via email/SMS. On the microsite, enter the OTP
4. Customer will get the SPIN & WIN Page, customer to spin and will be declared the
cash back Reward amount they have won.
5. Post authentication, choose your preferred mode of cashback pay-out. (NEFT, UPI or e-Wallet)
6. You will receive your cashback in the selected mode of cashback pay-out within 48-business hours.
The scheme shall be valid from 1.02.2023 to 1.04.2023 (“Scheme Period”) the reward can only be claimed during the Scheme Period. Any claim made post the Scheme Period would not be entertained.
Terms and Conditions – Assured Cashback
1. This offer entitles the end user cashback on their Online Wallet or Bank Account Or UPI. The Retailer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card. The cash back vouchers are in following denomination: Rs. 21 or Rs. 51/- or Rs.101/- or Rs.501/- or Rs. 1100/-. The total value of the assured reward is upto Rs. 1100/-.
2. Any Retailer purchasing promotional product shall be eligible to receive a sticker on the case which shall be contained in the pack of the hair and care 100ml Pack of 12 & 200ml Pack of 6.The Retailer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as won on the Spin the Wheel page.
3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Scheme Period.
5. If you are not a wallet partner registered Retailer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or Mobile App to receive your wallet cashback.
6. The Retailer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. (“Organiser”) will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the details.
7. The Wallet Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Scheme Period.
8. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
9. In no event shall Marico Limited, Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption request not being honoured by the wallet partner.
10. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
11. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai. The Contest shall not be valid and no participants from any city/state may participate if such contests and participation is prohibited as per applicable law in the states that they reside in/belong to.
12. The wallet partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the Retailer/user identity.
13. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
14. Only one cashback voucher code per entry will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
15. A maximum of five cashback vouchers can be redeemed per person, per mobile number, per email id, during the promotion period.
16. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
17. In order to enable registration of a Participant and/or to make the assured reward or the mega prize available to the winners, personally identifiable information which shall include without limitation name, complete address, date of birth, email id, phone numbers, bank account number, etc. of the Participants/Winner ("Personal Information") will be collected by the Organisers to enable the Organizer to administer and promote this Scheme. By participating in the Contest, the Participant provides their consent to use their Personal Information If Participants do not truthfully provide all requested Personal Information, the Organizer may determine that such Participants are not eligible to win the Prize in this Contest.
18. The Personal Information of the Winners shall be provided by the Organizer to others assisting the Organizer in this regard, including its affiliates, associates, authorities, clients, agents, sponsors, employees, prize suppliers, distributors, deliverers and service providers (as applicable). The Personal Information shall be retained till such time as may be required for the Contest which shall not be beyond a period of 2 (two) years from the date of the Contest.
General Terms & Conditions
1. The offer is valid from 1.02.2023 to 1.04.2023(“Scheme Period”)
2. This offer is not applicable to consumers at large and this is applicable only to select Retailers of Marico Limited.
3. Any costs associated with entering this promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the Retailer telecom operator in their respective circles.
4. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
5. Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd (‘Organiser’). Marico Limited is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
6. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. or Marico Limited will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.
7. To claim the cashback, the participant will be responsible for correctly entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotional website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.

How to Redeem Mega Prize
1. All the entries received during the Promo period will be collected and selection will be done by a randomiser.
2. Shortlisted winners will receive a call to collect documents for verification (Identity and Address Proof).
3. Once the shortlisted winner is verified, the reward will be provided to verified winner.

2. Any participant can win a max of 1 mega prize during the contest period from a single mobile number / email id / address.
3. The Winners as per prizes mentioned in How to redeem, will be selected by Premier Sales Pvt. Ltd. randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.
4. Mega Rewards will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Marico Limited. To claim their mega reward, the participant will be required to submit their personal identifiable sensitive information such as copy of PAN Card, Aadhar Card, NOC, Address Proof or any other document (“Personal Information”) required by Marico Limited Or their Organiser. By participating in the Contest, the Participant provides their consent to use their Personal Information. 5. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed prize is not-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.

7. Premier Sales Pvt. Ltd. shall provide the prize on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and Marico Limited and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever. If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.
8. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
9. Marico Limited or its agencies/ Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of Marico Limited/ its agency/ Organiser, and under no circumstances, shall Marico Limited be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
10. The decision of Marico Limited or its agency/ Organiser, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
11. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Marico Limited and its agency after 7 days from the date of the closure of the contest.
12. If the prize is above Rs. 10,000, any tax including but not limited to Gift Tax/TDS is applicable, the amount will be borne by the Marico Limited
13. Marico Limited reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this promotion in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Marico Limited in this regard and in general with respect to this Contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
14. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Marico Limited including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Organiser and Marico Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Retailer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
16. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
18. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Organiser’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
19. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
